By checking the box below, I understand that puppies must be picked up at 8 weeks of age. If unforeseeable events arise that delay me from picking up my puppy, I agree to pay an additional 35/day boarding/training fee, beginning the day after Go Home Day is scheduled.

I understand and agree that all Elite Goldendoodles and Bernedoodles puppies are sold as pets and we require them to be spayed/neutered by 12-18 months of age.

By checking the box below, I understand that puppies can have certain common ailments upon coming home. Diarrhea, parasites, ear infections, UTIs, allergy issues are all common. While we routinely deworm and monitor for any sicknesses, sometimes the stress of leaving the breeder can cause issues to flare. I understand that the breeder is not a veterinarian, and I am responsible for the treatment and care of my new puppy if certain ailments arise after leaving the breeder.
